The combination of high gloss cherry wood, the crème leather interior and crème leather infill parts is just stunning! This Pershing 45 is equipped with 3 fully inverted air conditioners and heating system.

Probably the most unique feature on the 45 is her cockpit, which is basically one big lounge area that provides ample space for approx. 8-10 people. A double helm seat with good 360 degree view up front and behind a full beam U-shaped seating area where you can sit with at least 8 guests in comfort. The fully hydraulic adjustable cockpit table can be positioned in any desired height with the touch of a button and thus ensures pleasant dining with a fully opened table at dining height or you just set it lower for usage as a lounge bar cocktail table. Some modern foot light leds and overhead radar arch lighting complete this very well designed cockpit.

Bow and stern thruster and 2x610hp within reach. The helm position at starboard provides a comfortable seat for two and also the option to flip up the seats when you want to take her out for a more sporty ride or dock the boat. During the extensive sea-trials we've done the boat performed very well at all speeds and the helm provided me with all necessary info's.

This saloon looks like never been used, no sign of wear and tear, no blooming (milky) effects and spacious as it was a 50 or more footer boat. A fully integrated Bose sound system, fully air conditioning, heating and a set of analogue clocks with black bezels complete this comfortable saloon.

Unlike most galleys this galley is fitted with professional full stainless fridge, a brand new installed 4 zone induction HOB, new installed brushed stainless combi unit with microwave, grill and oven.

The owners cabin is placed traditional wise in her bow and has a good sized double berth -with new mattresses- that is accessible from both side due to integrated steps. An ensuite bathroom with double entrance is used as day head and owners head, full length 1.93m shower with ceiling browser, teak shower floor and a plexiglass half-circle shower door keeps wet and dry separated.

The electric marine toilet with macerator is hidden under a grp lid, furthermore you find a well sized marble top sink and plenty of storage.

Fully separated from the owners cabin and even the saloon the guest cabin is situated in the stern and ensures maximum privacy for the kids or a couple. Just 4 steps down from her cockpit the comfortable guest cabin with own ensuite bathroom gives you your own identical facilities as the owners cabin, also with AC. Like mentioned before it's very well sized, comes with electric marine toilet, marble top and a perfect shower cabin with plexiglass door.

This Pershing 45 is in a very good condition with low engine hours. In Mai/June 2023, the yacht was fully tested, polished, and serviced. Photoshoot and video June 2023. Complete refit in 2021. Full-new set of cushions/ pillows 2022 (including 2 beds at the front and 4 new lounge beds at the back of the boat, 1 cushion was not mounted during photoshoot, but it complete). New anti-fouling 2023. New electrical grill (outside) installed last year and ice block machine. 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and huge lounge (inside and outside). 2 new electric marine toilets. Air conditioning in all cabins and saloon. Inverted heating in all cabins and saloon. Full cover and bimini top (navy blue) (should need some attention).
